About Barry

Mr. Nychuk is the founder of Nychuk & Company, which having been formed in 1993 with his partner, was known as Richmond Nychuk until 2018. Barry practices extensively in Criminal Litigation as well as Civil Litigation and Real Estate and has experience at all levels of Court in Saskatchewan and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada.

Barry has lectured on the Canadian Legal Process and has also conducted numerous seminars for various organizations including Public Legal Education Association, Commercial Investment Seminars and Farm Advocacy Groups.
