About Adam
Adam T. Ailsby was raised in Saskatchewan and has developed a legal practice deeply connected to both the province’s legal and business communities.
Adam understands that legal disputes—whether personal or commercial—can be disruptive and challenging. He approaches each case with a practical mindset and a focus on resolution, drawing from extensive experience in business and commercial litigation, debtor-creditor and collections law, insurance defence, and contested estate matters. He has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as the Federal Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada. He is also regularly engaged in hearings before administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies.
Adam’s practice spans a wide array of legal areas including administrative law, bankruptcy and insolvency, corporate and commercial law, labour and employment law, real estate (both commercial and residential), wills, estates and elder law, and dispute resolution and arbitration services. He is known for providing clear, results-driven advice to business clients, assisting them with corporate disputes, contract enforcement, debt recovery, and practical consultation to avoid future legal issues.
In addition to his legal work, Adam is the only Contract Advisor (Agent) in Saskatchewan licensed by the Canadian Football League Players’ Association, enabling him to advise professional athletes and their families on contracts and career planning. His background in farming, university athletics, marketing, and public relations gives him a well-rounded, hands-on perspective that enhances his ability to serve a broad spectrum of clients.
Adam is also a dedicated community member, coaching youth sports and contributing to several sport and youth-based non-profit organizations. He brings this same level of dedication and personal investment to his legal practice, striving to support clients with thoughtful, effective, and timely legal solutions.
Adam welcomes the opportunity to work with you now and in the future.
