About Mark
Mark Wonko became a lawyer in June 2026 upon signing the rolls with the Law Society of Saskatchewan. Originally from the area west of Saskatoon, he pursued a Bachelor of Science in Biology before obtaining his Juris Doctor from the University of Saskatchewan. Mark brings a strong academic foundation and a practical approach to assisting clients with their legal matters.
Throughout law school, Mark actively pursued diverse legal experiences to build a strong foundation for his legal career. He was involved in several Pro Bono Students Canada initiatives, providing legal information and support to underserved communities. Mark also represented the University of Saskatchewan in the Canadian National Negotiation Competition, where his team earned first place. Following that success, he proudly represented Canada at the International Negotiation Competition.
Mark’s academic background and hands-on legal experience have equipped him to handle a wide range of client matters with diligence and insight. During his articles, he is focusing primarily on civil litigation and family law, while also gaining experience across various other areas of legal practice.
