Nicolas is a partner at Nychuk & Company, a full-service law firm in Regina. He practices primarily in the areas of criminal law, civil litigation and corporate commercial services.

Nicolas joined Nychuk & Company as a legal assistant in 2017 after completing his law degree at Bond University in Australia. He then completed his articles with us and signed the rolls in May 2019. Since then, he has been representing clients in various legal matters, from traffic offences to complex commercial disputes.

Nicolas has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan as well as before administrative tribunals and regulatory bodies. He has a reputation for being a skilled negotiator and a fierce advocate in the courtroom.

Nicolas regularly writes and speaks on criminal law matters in Canada and as a member of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association.

Compassionate and perceptive, Nicolas prioritizes relationships, including healthy communication with his clients. In his spare time, you will find Nicolas golfing, running with his Golden Retreiver Luna, or playing recreational basketball. As a member of the Regina Thunder National Championship team in 2013, Nicolas is dedicated to serving the football community. He has served as a running backs coach for the Thunder in the past and currently volunteers as a coach for the Regina Minor Football Spring League. Nicolas also sits on the Board of Directors for the Regina Thunder.
