James J. Vogel, K.C. is a senior lawyer at Nychuk & Company and one of the most experienced family law practitioners in Saskatchewan.

He has been practicing family law for over 30 years and has been recognized as an expert in this field by Courts in Saskatchewan. He has successfully represented clients in all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has handled complex and high-conflict cases involving property division, spousal support, child support, custody and access, child protection, adoption, and domestic contracts.

Jim is passionate about helping families resolve their legal issues in a respectful and dignified manner. He is also strong advocate in the court room and on appeals.
