About Nicolas

Nick joined Nychuk & Company as a legal assistant in 2017 after completing his law degree in Australia. He then completed his articles with us and signed the rolls in May, 2019, to commence his practice primarily in the areas of criminal law, civil litigation, and corporate commercial services. In his time with the firm Nick has appeared at Provincial Court for both criminal and traffic matters and also at Small Claims Court. He has assisted on various civil litigation files at the Court of Queen’s Bench and has appeared in both the Court of Queen’s Bench and the Court of Appeal.

While in law school Nick was a member of the Law Students Association and volunteered with the domestic violence legal clinic at Bond University.

For 14 years, Nick was a dedicated football player but stopped playing upon his acceptance into Law School. Nick played football for the Regina Thunder from 2010 to 2014 and was a member of the national championship winning team in 2013.

Born and raised in Regina, in his spare time, Nick enjoys travel, golf, and recreational football and basketball.
