Student at Law
Kaitlyn Tonita is an articling student with deep roots in Regina, Saskatchewan, where she was born and raised. She maintains strong ties to the local community and is committed to using her legal education to serve and advocate for others.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Kaitlyn earned a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of Regina. Her work in social services gave her firsthand insight into the systemic challenges faced by individuals and families, which ultimately inspired her to pursue a career in law as a means of driving meaningful change.
Kaitlyn went on to complete her Juris Doctor at the University of Saskatchewan. During law school, she developed a keen interest in civil litigation, family law, and criminal defence. She was actively involved in the student community, participating in Law Games and continuing her long-standing passion for competitive sports.
Kaitlyn is dedicated to providing accessible, compassionate, and client-centered legal support. She brings a thoughtful and diligent approach to her work, ensuring that every client feels heard, respected, and supported throughout their legal journey.
