Cassan is a criminal defence lawyer at Nychuk & Company. She primarily practices criminal defence and has experience drafting complex pre-trial applications, conducting provincial court trials and assisting in
Court of King’s Bench trials. Cassan has assisted in defending against a number of

criminal offences including, assault, domestic assault, sexual assault, drug related offences and firearms offences. She also represents clients on traffic ticket matters. She is a skilled criminal defence lawyer.

Cassan was born and raised in Brandon, Manitoba and serves clients across southwestern Manitoba and Southeastern Saskatchewan, as well as
Regina and the surrounding area.
