James J. Vogel, K.C. is a senior lawyer at Nychuk & Company and is among the most experienced family law practitioners in Saskatchewan.

He has been practicing family law for over 35 years and has been recognized as an expert in this field by Courts in Saskatchewan. He has successfully represented clients in all levels of court, including the Supreme Court of Canada, and has handled complex and high-conflict cases involving property division, spousal support, child support, custody and access, complex family farm divisions, separation agreements, and prenuptial contracts.

Jim is passionate about helping families resolve their legal issues in a respectful and dignified manner. He is also a strong advocate in the court room and on appeal.

Jim is highly respected by his peers and the judiciary for his professionalism, integrity, and excellence in family law.
