Joanne Moser, K.C. is a partner at Nychuk & Company and a highly experienced family law, real estate, and estate lawyer. She remains deeply connected to Regina and the surrounding communities.

She has appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan, as well as the Supreme Court of Canada.

Recognized as a leader in her field, Joanne was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 2017 and is rated by Lexpert as a leading practitioner in family law. She is actively involved in the legal community and frequently shares her expertise at family law conferences. She currently serves as Vice President of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association. She has chaired several boards and non-profit corporations.
