About Kayla

Kayla McKinnon is a dedicated lawyer who practices primarily in the areas of family law and wills and estates. Kayla is proficient in the areas of obtaining grants of probate, grants of administration of estates and
resealing foreign grants.

Kayla has appeared before the Provincial Court, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal. She has experience representing clients on various matters, including divorce, custody, access, child support, spousal support, property division, and estate administration. Kayla has assisted numerous clients with preparing separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, prenuptial agreements, wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, probate applications, guardianship applications, and administration applications.
