Moira is a civil litigation lawyer at Nychuk & Company,
a full-service law firm based in Regina, Saskatchewan. She remains deeply connected to both Regina and the surrounding communities.

She understands that navigating legal disputes can be

Moira primarily practices in civil litigation, with
additional experience in family law, estates, real estate, and wills. She also has a background in administrative law, handling matters related to employment
standards, professional regulatory bodies, and more. She regularly appears before all levels of court in Saskatchewan and has worked on cases on the
Federal Court of Canada and the Federal Court of Appeal.

Moira has extensive courtroom experience, including trial work in both Small Claims and King’s Bench, as well as significant experience in King’s Bench Chambers and the Court of Appeal.
